إن نعم الله على عباده كثيرة، ، وإن من نعمه العظيمة، أن جعلنا خير أمة أخرجت للناس، وهدانا لمعالم هذا الدين الكامل،، من تمسك به نال السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة، ومن حاد عنه ، حصل له الشقاء والاضطراب والضيق، دعا إلى كل خير ورشاد، ونهى عن كل شر وفساد، (وَمَن يَبْتَغِ غَيْرَ الإسْلَـٰمِ دِينًا فَلَن يُقْبَلَ مِنْهُ وَهُوَ فِى الآخِرَةِ مِن ا لْخَـٰسِرِين) و الرسول ما من خير إلا دل الأمة عليه، ولا شرٍّ إلا حذرها منه، ولم ينتقل إلى الرفيق الأعلى حتى أكمل الله تعالى به الدين، وأتمّ به النعمة على الخلق أجمعين حتى ترك أمته على المحجة البيضاء، ، لا يزيغ عنها إلا من كان من الهالكين، كما أنه قد أخبر بما يكون في الأمة بعده إلى قيام الساعة من تفرق واختلاف، ونزاع وشقاق، ينشأ عنه فتنٌ عظمى، ومحنٌ كبرى،
Fellow Muslims! The favours of Allah on Muslims are countless. Among these favours is that He made us the best community ever raised up for the mankind. Yes! Islam is the complete and lofty religion of Allah. Whoever holds fast to it prospers in this world and the next and whoever deviates from it will have misery and hardship in this life and the next.
“Whoever seeks a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him and in the Hereafter he will be one of the losers.” The prophet has directed his people to all that is good and warned them against all that is evil. He has left his nation on a clear path from which none can go astray except those who are timid hearted. He informed us that there is going to be a lot of disagreement, dissention and greed among the Muslims.
وما تزال الفتن في الأمة ـ يا عباد
الله ـ تظهر عبر عصور الإسلام بين الحين والآخرحتى ابتليت أمة الإسلام بما يحدث الآن
على الساحة العالمية من أحداث واستغلَّ المرجفون هذه الأحداث لبثِّ الأكاذيب، واختلاق
الأباطيل، التي لم تُبنَ على حقائق ثابتة، فإن الواجب على أمة الإسلام في مثل هذه
الأحوال أن تراجع دينها، وتصحِّح مسيرتها، وأن يسعوا جاهدين في إطفاء نار الفتنة،
وإزالة أسبابها، والتخفيف من وطأتها قدر الطاقة والاستطاعة، وأن يُقبل كل فرد منهم على
ما يعنيه ويهمه ، في خاصة نفسه، من عبادات دينية، وواجبات دنيوية، وأن يحفظ لسانه،
وسائر جوارحه عن الدخول في شيء من أمر الفتنة؛ إذ بهذا وجَّه رسول الهدى 
أمتَه،
مبينا أن
العمل بذلك دليل سعادة المرء وتوفيقه، ومن أسباب نجاته وسلامته،
فقد روى أبو داود وغيره عن المقداد بن
الأسود رضي الله عنه قال: أيم الله، لقد سمعت سول الله يقول:
((إن السعيد لمن جُنّب الفتن، إن السعيد لمن جنِّب
الفتن، إن السعيد لمن جُنّب الفتن، ولمن ابتلي فصبر).
Brothers in faith! Trials have afflicted the Muslim nation throughout its history and during present times.
As for this age, the Muslims are facing trials and tribulations. The evil and mischievous take these incidences as an opportunity to spread falsehood about Islam and make wild claims about it that are completely unfounded.
Fellow Muslims! The best way to react to these events like is to examine ourselves, blow out the fire of these tribulations, remove their causes and reduce the effects of them to the bare minimum.
Every individual should only be concerned with that which concerns them personally such as acts of worship and worldly commitments. That is the instruction given by the Messenger of Allah when he said: ‘The prosperous Muslim is the one whom Allah helps to stay away from trials.’ - He said it three times.
ووفق هذه التوجيهات النبوية سار أعلام الصحابة والتابعين، وأئمة الإسلام وأرشدوا الأمة إلى ذلك، فاتقوا الله أمة الإسلام، واحذروا الفتن، ما ظهر منها وما بطن، وتوبوا إلى الله تعالى، وتقربوا إليه بصالح الأعمال، واستديموا دعم إخوانكم في العراق و في فلسطين، وفي غيرهما من سائر الأوطان، فإن ذلك مما تقتضيه أخوة الإيمان، وهذا من أفضل أنواع البر والإحسان،( وَمَا تُقَدّمُواْ لأَنفُسِكُمْ مّنْ خَيْرٍ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ اللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْراً وَأَعْظَمَ أَجْراً) وتضرعوا ـ أيها المؤمنون ـ إلى ربكم جل وعلا أن يكشف عن أمة الإسلام البلاء والفتن، وأن يرفع عنها المصائب والمحن، فإنه سبحانه وإنه تعالى نعم المولى ونعم النصير.
The honourable companions of the Prophet put these prophetic guidelines into practice when they faced trials and tribulations, so did those who followed in their footsteps. They all stayed far away from them and the whole Muslim nation appreciates and praises them for that.
Therefore, dear Muslims, fear Allah and beware of trials, both manifest and hidden. Repent to Allah, perform righteous deeds and continue to aid your brothers and the persecuted Muslims in the whole world.
“… Whatever good you put forward for yourselves (including charity), you will find it with Allah. It is better and greater in reward.”
Also pray and seek to Allah to remove the trials that are currently afflicting the Muslims, for He is All-Hearing and the Answerer of supplications.
ما أحوج أمة الإسلام في هذا الوقت إلى أن تراجع نصوص الكتاب والسنة، وما أجمع عليه سلف الأمة، في قضاياها المعاصرة، ومشكلاتها بإخلاص لا يخالطه رياء، وتوحيد لله لا يكدّره شرك وثقة به جل في علاه يقول جل وعلا:( وَإِذَا جَاءهُمْ أَمْرٌ مّنَ الأمْنِ أَوِالْخَوْفِ أَذَاعُواْ بِهِ وَلَوْ رَدُّوهُ إِلَىالرَّسُولِ وَإِلَىٰ أُوْلِى الأمْرِ مِنْهُمْ لَعَلِمَهُ الَّذِينَ يَسْتَنْبِطُونَهُ مِنْهُمْ وَلَوْلاَ فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ لاَتَّبَعْتُمُ الشَّيْطَـٰنَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلا )
Brothers in faith! We Muslims have never been in such need of self-examination as we are in these days of crises and hardship. We are in dire need to go back to the original sources of our great religion and follow their injunctions.
We must understand the causes of our problems and calamities in the light of the Qur’aan, the Sunnah and the guidance of our righteous predecessors. And while dealing with those problems, we must be truthful, sincere and free from whimsical desires and shirk. We must have confidence in Allah and put our trust in Him. He says what translates as, “When there comes to them some matter touching (public) safety or fear they make it known (among the people), if only they had referred it to the Messenger or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have understood it from them (directly). Had it not been for the Grace and Mercy of Allah upon you, you would have followed Satan, save a few of you.” (An-Nisaa’: 83).
أيها المسلمون، إن الواجب على أهل الإسلام كلما اشتدت
بهم البلايا والرزايا أن يكونوا صفاً واحداً متساعدين متساندين، متعاونين على البر
والتقوى، متناهين عن الإثم والعدوان، 
وَلاَ
تَنَـٰزَعُواْ فَتَفْشَلُواْ وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ وَاصْبِرُواْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ
الصَّـٰبِرِينَ
.
وفي صحيح مسلم من حديث أبي هريرة رضي
الله عنه، أن رسول الله قال:
((إن الله يرضى لكم ثلاثاً ويكره لكم ثلاثاً، فيرضى لكم
أن تعبدوه ولا تشركوا به شيئاً، وأن تعتصموا بحبل الله جميعاً ولا تفرقوا، ويكره لكم
قيل وقال، وكثرة السؤال، وإضاعة المال))

in faith! What is incumbent upon us Muslims when calamities and trials befall us is
to unite in order to protect our faith and to cooperate with each other in piety and
righteousness in order to defeat the enemy. Allah addresses us with the verse which
what translates as:
“And do not
dispute (with one another) lest you lose courage and your strength departs, and be
patient. Surely, Allah is with those who are patient.”
The Messenger of Allah said, ‘Allah is pleased with you when you do three things: He is pleased that you worship Him without ascribing any partner to Him, that you hold fast unto the rope of Allah and that you are not divided. He is displeased that you engage in gossip, much (unnecessary) questions and wasting of money.”
أخرج أبو داود ((المسلمون تتكافأ دماؤهم، ويسعى بذمتهم أدناهم، ويجير عليهم أقصاهم، وهم يدٌ على من سواهم)) أخرج البخاري ((من صلى صلاتنا، واستقبل قبلتنا، وأكل ذبيحتنا، فذلك المسلم الذي له ذمة الله وذمة رسوله، فلا تُخفروا الله في ذمته)) أخرج مسلم ((مثل المؤمنين في توادهم وتراحمهم وتعاطفهم مثل الجسد، إذا اشتكى منه عضو تداعى له سائر الجسد بالسهر والحمى))
The Messenger of Allah also said: ‘All Muslims are equal … and they are united against their enemies.’ (Aboo Daawood).
He also emphasised the importance of Islamic brotherhood when he said, ‘Whoever prays our prayer, faces our Qiblah and eats our slaughtered animal is a Muslim who is under the protection of Allah and His Messenger.’ He also said, ‘The believers are like a structure whose different parts strengthen one another.’ (Bukhaari).
إن المسلم له حرمةٌ عظيمة، ومكانةٌ كريمة، وفي النوازل والمحن يجب التذكير بها، والتحذير من انتهاكها، أخرج الترمذي فعن ابن قال: صعد رسول الله المنبر، فنادى بصوت رفيع فقال (يا معشر من أسلم بلسانه، ولم يفض الإيمان إلى قلبه، لا تؤذوا المسلمين ولا تتبعوا عوراتهم، فإنه من تتبع عورة أخيه المسلم تتبع الله عورته، ومن تتبع الله عورته يفضحه ولو في جوف رحله) أخرج الترمذي (لزوال الدنيا أهون على الله من قتل مسلم)
Brothers in faith! Each individual Muslim possesses a great sacredness and high position in Islam. We must give him this privilege and not deny him of it whenever he falls in trouble. Ibn ‘Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, narrated that the Messenger of Allah stood on the pulpit one day, raised his voice and said ‘O you who are Muslims by tongue and faith has not penetrated your hearts! Do not harm Muslims nor pursue their imperfections, for whoever pursues the imperfections of his Muslim brother, Allah will pursue his imperfection and whosoever Allah pursues his imperfection, He will disgrace him.) ’ He also stressed the sacredness of Muslim life when he said, ‘Indeed, the termination of this world is of lesser importance to Allah than the killing of a Muslim man.’ (At-Tirmithi).
أيها المسلمون، كيف يهنأ المسلم بعيش، أو يدرك فرحا بأمنية في دار كلها أذى، المسلمون فيها ما بين قتيل وجريح وأسير. إن تنتصر هذه الأمة على نفسها وأهوائها، وتطبق شريعة الله في جميع حياتها، ويستقم أفرادها على دين خالقها ، وتعلُ كلمتها ، ويدُمْ عزّها، وتزددْ قوتها، وتنفض الوهن عن عاتقها،
Fellow Muslims! One fact remains indisputable in view of our present condition: we will never conquer our enemies unless we first of all conquer our souls and whimsical desires. We can never defeat our enemies unless we first of all implement the law of Allah in every aspect of our lives
You should know fellow Muslim that each sin and evil deed you commit is a conviction and condemnation against you in the sufferings of the oppressed Muslims in this universe.
